Riding the Home Horse

The Home Horse is a fun and challenging way to simulate many of the neuromuscular benefits of equine movement.

Designed as a fitness and training tool, the Home Horse combines patterned co-contractions of the core muscles, pelvic floor, abdominals and obliques with balance and stretching exercises. It especially engages the hip abductors, helping riders develop better balance, core strength, posture and overall body awareness.
